All good Penny.
Cutting a long story short, it certainly seems beneficial to be a early mover in regions that become hot spots. The more desperate companies are to get a ticket to the dance, the higher the cost of admission.
Changing the subject a wee bit, I was having another squiz at the Prospectus last night, and noticed that the funds raised will (in part) be used for the drilling of a well in the Kenya 12B licence (should the initial exploration results warrant it). What I found a little strange was that 12B will be the last licence they intend to do the 2D survey work in. I would have thought they would have started in 12B and then moved to show to Tanzania, to give them more time to interpret the results and do what ever else I'd required to firm up a drill location in 12B (?).
Anyhow, that's quite clearly not the plan, so they are obviously comfortable doing things in the order they're doing them.
