    Hi Gumboots, one would hope Director buying was not "news driven", that would be illegal one would think. I believe if they are aware of news that is price sensitive that hasn't been released then they are not legally allowed to trade. No time frame on it either.

    That's my understanding of the basic requirement, perhaps you see it differently? "News driven"?
