The news article serves to let everybody know Tanzania is back in business. That should be enough to get investors to stop focusing on Tanzania and start focussing back on the fundementals of each mining company.

As you point out that will be in the next couple of weeks.
The great news is that Tanzania and the commission are clearly keen to get this moving forward at a solid pace.
