PBT2! Cu and Zn interference...we know that amyloid foramtion needs copper and zinc - paper 20 years ago we know that we can chaperone...small recent trial - imaging...drug actually lowered amyloid in 1 year, flukey placebo....just don't see it happen. Did not meet endpoint...even though it lowered treatment group...Small trial still continue to be interested in that as a potential statin!!
