Can you please arrange a take over bid for the TPT as many big companies will be interested in the shallow water permits.GALP will be interested too.I think you are the best one to save the investors with so much experience and contacts.

As per Dec 13 analysis report Eve Howell has mentioned that shallow water drilling cost around 30 M compared to 75 M in deep water.
I would be surprised if expences go beyond 30 M in total.I hope TPT will retain 20 M after receiving 7.5 M from GALP.
