Stefan, if you look at Quadpay's website and go to the page which shows the info for business to sign up, it mentions zip and tap as a feature. In this case, I believe the merchant fee is still calculated at an agreed % regardless whether they go through in store zip and tap or online.
Surely, Accounts Payable would be able to distinguish 2 revenue streams and pay to the same merchant who signed up with Zip with a standard % commission taken out.
