I would assume that it's going to be a mechanism at the accounts end to bill the merchants. We should be able to tell when the half yearly results are out.
For fashion and discretionary spending, the marketing benefit would be huge once Urge is interpreted within Zip. Think about Google Shopping.
I think eventually Zip is going to be in a similar form of PayPal + Google Shopping if everything is executed properly.
