I agree - Chatchai and Risco are most likely to have the yes vote. Unfortunately, the Takeover Panel failed to see (or turn a blind eye!) this as well-thought-out plan of these two major shareholders. Going by the track record, I have no doubt that the major chunk of the Manora cashflow would end up in the pockets of Chatchai and Risco Sharks.
