This report could help support the companies share price, as the Bears are in total control.

As the share price continues to decrease, the chance of a Take Over offer becomes greater. The offer price will be adjusted to how low the share price drops to. For example, if share holders have this wild imagination that it's great to keep selling and buying lower, selling and buying lower, taking losses and buying more at a lower price to finally find the floor price. Well OMG, my average price was 0.60 cents, and the shares are trading at 0.30. I now own 300,000 shares with over $60k in losses, the Take Over offer comes in at 0.45 cents and I'm still $45k in arrears.

Where's that counter offer, otherwise the plan is up the creek without a paddle! Lol
