Maybe Troy should not be so much of a cowboy and when oil gets back to say 60-70 a barrel he hedges say 50%....I am very surprised Paribas didn't enforce it anyway seeing as it was a borrowing base facility whereby headroom under the facility is linked to commodity price. Very amateurish if you ask me.
