Maybe it is a concerted effort to lower the vwap over a period of time so that Northern / Chatchai can come in with a takeover price which is say :- "30% above the vwap over the past month" !

Big difference between the vwap being say 38c (reasonable average at the moment) and say 45c where it logically should be, when you are considering up to 200 million shares

Right now, I think that low 50s would be successful, if we continue with the current oil price recovery, then this looks a lot less likely.

Chatchai has proved to be astute to this point - let's see if he makes a move soon.
