It has tried and failed at this 11/11.5c level a number of times. On each one of these times it has looked promising on market depth, but failed when it came to an actual breakout. Unless the resource they announce is toward the upper end of their prediction can you actually see this taking off? Most of it may actually be already factored into the share price. Finance will be the main key to a strong rise.
