    The old tactic used by an accumulator (who has bought at cheaper prices) to attempt to scare sellers into unloading their stock cheaply because they believe that the 'seller' knows something.

    i believe that Troy would be in receipt of the most company knowledge and he is happy to continue to buy at more expensive prices than today's close.
