The only impetus I can see for TAP's sp to rise is the spudding of Jacala .. which is due early next week (as early as Monday by the last indication from ROC/TAP/BHP). This is a very significant well for TAP but high risk. Probably a better bet is an already profitable partner in the well .. ROC!
