Good Morning and thank you for your analytical and informative posts. I am a geologist with not a well versed mind in economics despite having done economics as additional subjects in various courses. I see that the US is a long way from being out of trouble and still have enormous debt which will increase long term due to the accumulation of interest on that debt. I still see that Bernanke and co. are not very sure of what they are doing, In my opinion they have a "don't stick your neck out with a suck it and see" approach to this business of tapering .In view of that; my Question to both you gentlemen is ,if hiccups occur over the next couple of months with the American economy,what are the chances that tapering will be stopped and money printing will increase to the 85 Billion a month and possibly beyond?
