    if he was to pay CGT (cap gains tax) of $100m on Macarthur by selling $200m

    then he can offset (claim) against his loss of $100m on sale on INP

    assuming those fig. if they were both made w'in 07/08 Fin yr

    Obviously those fig. r incorrect but an illustration
