if Talbot has pretty much finish offloadin his holdings over the last few mths this sort-of explains the sp movements

many posters/readers may have noticed that INP doesnt exactly move when imp ANNs are made..

whereas, its been steadily movin up (consolidatin as well) of its own accord of recent

it would also explain the Significant amts of sh "dumped" late late last yr...

anyways, just a wild guess
