guttedsquid: Not to my liking. I believe that oil is once again (short-term) driven up by speculators. Longer term, the oil price will be high regardless. But I would prefer an orderly and slow appreciation instead of this kind of boom and bust behaviour. All JIMHO.

P.S. ITC will be highly profitable even at a much lower oil-price - so why worry about this? (Note: I am not a trader).
