    TAP is tapping nicely along lately but no wonder with so many positive points going for it.

    *share buy back
    *lots of new wells being drilled
    *tremendous upside possible from big oil targets
    *take-over potential as David Potts has pointed out.
    *and ofcourse the high oil price

    Too much upside to be ignored imho.
