TAR looks interesting I have posted a monthly chart below which indicates prices could move as high as 5.5c in the short term.
I do agree with other posters who have targets in the mid to high 4's which would definitely put the mid 5c level but time will tell
We just need to see how traders react at the 4c level if they don't want to get in now, or couldn't get S.P.P or near it on market well then they may feel like FOMO and start buying at the Breakout zone though I am waiting on my entry so sentiment isBUY / NOT HELD

NOTE: TAR has history of dropping news, creating a big gap up and the flushing back down. It's behaving like yet another round!
I will not be buying ON NEWS on any gapup.
