Now that OD6 exposed the true value of what we invested in and not what the BOD signed off on they might decide it's prudent to cancel their instant free cash kicker in the face of the people who have backed them and stuck with them through the whole Flinders drama.
to me, that would put a rocket under the SP and show the market that yes they did make a humongous error in judgment.
that valuation of $15m needs questioning at the meeting and replied with a solid answer not just sweep and move on.. this is a brilliant situation when shareholders can actually stand up and be heard instead of having these self-righteous ASX cowboys thinking they can just do whatever the hell they want shooting from the hip when it suits themselves.
when the SP gets to 30c I will possibly forgive but I will never forget, i am hoping the deal was pre-entered due to a Flinders back hander or SA gvt sweetener
