The stock tickled 3.5c today, a 50% retracement of the move from 2.9 to 4.1c. It's worth noting that this pullback has been on relatively low volume. Although the stock didn't set a higher high on this recent move - peaking at 4.1c; it encountered resistance where it should, smack at the midpoint between the 2 previous highs at 4 & 4.2c. Notwithstanding a far superior project to OD6, the latter company has a far superior register to TAR. Ultimately, TAR will reach & surpass the MC of OD6 due to this fact, in the interim though, we will remain frustrated. I anticipate the stock will take out its recent highs in the very short term & motor on to the 5/5.5c level. The story is too compelling, it's in the right space and it's starting to gain the attention of a broader investor base.
