I agree with that however considering they have accounted for the full 9mil in AISC the only way is up on that front in my opinion.

Likely sense will prevail and they will settle on a significantly lower sum or nothing whilst wasting some dough on lawyers.

Lets say for the sake of the argument 2-3 million blown is still a 6 million upside result.

These guys have shown that expectation management is key and low expectations means you can surprise the market and get monster gains in short time frames like yesterday.

No doubt that B-Cut knew the Tarcoola hole results were excellent - hence they loaned the $ with no risk on their behalf.
