    I think some one or company is putting a cap on the price. Holding it down. Under 5. For a reason. Don't know y Maybe somethink to do with investmet or victory energy buying shares. Under 5 It's just frustrating to see it go on for so long with no upside ? Any thoughts. Other hotcopper traders
