I understand what you are saying and to add to that TPT got repaid for the up front seismic costs by Gulp, this is pretty standard so any cash burn on seismic would be repaid by the party farming in.
I am not absolutely sure about Gulps first right of refusal on any other prospect, I would have to read some more to be certain.
If it came down to a fire sale then I would expect a bidding contest and a more than fair price for Tarafaya based on demand for sq km around Morocco.

But we will see, I have been surprised before.
