Hi Teachme, but I believe you have jumped the gun as the chart shows that CXY needs to break past .12 for the breakout to occur. For now the ascending triangle has flattened at the .12 mark, with falling volume as buyers are not being offered bargain entries by the sellers. Thanks for your post. Hopefully someone will draw a chart to explain the situation.
