Just thinking about metrics though, it's trading at circa 11 x EBITDA. It purchased DOTW at 10.5 x EBITDA just recently, and are trying to make it look like a 7.5x EBITDA once synergies are extracted. Similarly, one can think: Someone else in the industry can buy WEB for 10.5xEBITDA, and then try to make it a 7.5 x EBITDA right? But someone would have to pay 20-30% premium to make the transaction work. In other words, no one would want to swallow up WEB now. Or in short, this share price is not cheap even at $10 now. If it's trading at $7.50, maybe then someone would reconsider it.
