I saw that hotel closure report. From what I gather, governments are likely to extend credit to these establishments as the peak season approaches. Nobody wants closures. Unions want government action to avoid job losses in the absence of credit. Greece and Cyprus got though their respective crises in recent years without much dislocation. If anything, hotels will now quote cheaper rooms.
