That depends on the size of the acquisition and how aggressively they want to consolidate the market.
WEB's B2C business is mostly oriented to domestic travellers, though I imagine anyone can use the Australian portal to book flights as long as they are willing to take on the currency risk. I don't use it myself, and that kept me away from the shares for quite a while.
WebBeds on the other hand is a hotel inventory wholesaler, connecting hotels with bulk buyers of room inventory, including other travel agencies and tour operators. That part of the business is not consumer facing.
