    even more as i type lol

    regarding raising capital.

    approx 130mil was used to pay down debt in asia pacific, and the remaining 70 will be needed to pay McCabe, if shareholders vote down the proposal.

    of course there have been asset sales since then and I would like to see the full picture to see where things stand now.
