while the POG is a precise measurement of the number of US dollars against one troy ounce of gold, the share price of SBM is constantly affected by issues like the number of shares on issue, options, money in the bank, cost of production etc. So laying the two over each other on a graph and estimating over time a sweet point where the share price might rise rapidly is problematic. Similar problems for all gold stocks. SBM have been promising for a long time without really making good on their plans. I am over this stock and wont buy in over 20cents a share.
