I agree, but, as I mentioned above, they can help. They aren't the be all to end all.

I can give you my opinion on what the share price might look like in the next 1 to 3 years. As you say, it is very difficult because who knows where the commodity prices will be in 6 months let alone 3 years.

I dare say the share price will trade in a range between, say, $7 and $9 which it has done for the last 18 months.

As we know, lots of holders were/are holding for good dividends, and I think the FY report next week will disappoint in that regard. Met coal prices have declined to just above $200USD, and whilst that still means good profit, its not as high as past years. Thermal coal has bounced off its lows, but who knows how long that will last, or if it will continue.
