I'm a "certified" soph investor and have a letter from my accountant to prove it ! All that means is that the financial experts and managed funds can extract money from you even more unscrupulously than if you were an average punter. Being a sophisticated investor means nothing... its just a bigger target on your forehead. GLTAH
