That's true. But I think the part the market is missing is that they can still pay that money out in the future. Yal have had a good history of paying cash out.
They also didnt get the BHP assets, so one would assume they were conservative bidders given WHC's price.
I think today is a real opportunity to buy YAL. The low liquidity means any panic moves are exaggerated.
