    It was said on the quarterly production webcast that they would update the market within a month or two with regard to the sell down
    I see no reason why it would be announced tomorrow if a deal has been done. My view is that at best it will be "progressing very positively"
    Deals are announced when they are finalised so unless by some coincidence the deal is finalised tomorrow, shareholders may need to wait another month or so. Until that time, I am thinking that WHC does nothing or goes down. Sadly, I can't see it going up dramatically from here just yet.
    The sell down terms may even disappoint. What one wants and what one gets are 2 different things.

    So, to those with some financial nous, is an EBITDA total of $1.34 billion and say a dividend of 7 cents enough to keep the current share price (circa $7) as is until a favorable sell down is achieved if achieved?
