    1. Errors in my post directly above- should have been

    WHC SP now $7.165 (current- no 20 minute delay)

    "SMR (met) SP now UP 1c. to $3.19 today; & only a drop of 5c yesterday".
    If there are fears over future met coal price falls, why is SMR not having the same big SP % falls as YAL & WHC, yesterday & today?




    2. In India, a power station (powered by hydro), that was under repairs, has been totally destroyed yesterday by an avalanche from a mountain (next to the power station).

    Can anyone estimate if such total destruction is likely to lead to an increase in India's thermal coal imports?
