In my view, the off-market will be a weighted average price prior to close of offer & then 14% discount as usual. Lets not forget that the off-market buyback will essentially allow an exit without CGT for many & for those with 0% tax rates benefits of franking credit distribution.
One could then re-enter with a higher capital base.
