Bloomberg also claim vast amounts of very poor quality Chinese rebar steel had been produced. Now banned from 25.9.24, this has caused Chinese steel mills to FLOOD the markets with it, causing oversupply, & falling steel prices (Ditto iron ore & met coal prices?).
And that from 25.9.24 2024, new Chinese laws require Chinese mills to only produce high quality rebar etc.
