I think it could have a big contribution, the question is how much and I guess what _else_ is contributing to coking coal price slump. (Met seems to be going up). As far as I can tell from a Quick Look online it seems rebar is about 7% of total steel market in tonnes. How much is china's rebar or the worlds is the questions and is that enough?
