A tough 6 weeks indeed. This time last year I remember jumping into WHC the day before they reported as I believed they would report well, and was surprised when the market sold it off. When it bottomed around the 13th September, I dollar cost averaged down thinking this was really good value at the current price.
Then the next month I got out, and collected a good dividend too.
I like your conviction, and your strategy long term will probably pay off. I on the other hand, (like
@borano) consider this a good trading stock.
I think there's an equal chance this dives tomorrow from a disappointing result. But I could easily be wrong - I'm not willing to put my money in it this time. I'd rather go 'all in' when the dust settles.
Interesting to note that the share price is a little under what it was a year ago? I've got a few annual reports to read tomorrow, and whilst I dont hold WHC, I'll be looking closely at it.
