Let's not go there, but fair to say mining - and especially coal mining - isn't high on the list of desired jobs. Most prefer email desk jobs and welcoming locals at every meeting. So beggars can't be chosers.
I'd also hazard a guess that people think mining is shovel, truck, train and port - and it's really easy. It's really hard to get right as it is a really long term game. Need people who can think right and long term. Who has the time to develop those skills and that experience in the social media age?
I can see it's possible. But the exception - of the listed one NA3 stands out - proves the rule.
