Yes its a boutique product, the fluidity is high on account of the rank and high vitrinite content. But it doesn't need to be blended down, it can be used in the coke blend as a high fluidity constituent, and that's part of the reason why it would command a premium over the typical Hunter Valley SSCCs.
That spec above is an older one as you can see the vitrinite reflectance was 0.93%, that was in the good old days and now I would expect it to be around 0.80%. The CSR definitely wasn't 8, another typo but it might have been 58.
