Rigorously research companies that pass my filters, buy them at what I consider reasonable prices. I imagine the same things most investors do? Well, some of the investors here in WHC of course. The other thing folks need to remember is when to sell. Leave emotions at the door. You can love a thematic/a company/a commodity, all you like. Doesn't mean you have to lose money over it. "Investors" in WHC have made nothing in the last 18 months. Why not deploy that capital elsewhere? That is unless you're smart like myself and
@borano and trade this stock. A simple ASX200 etf or S&P etf has outperformed WHC by at least 30%+ in the last 18 months. All whilst a lot of investors here stamped their feet decreeing "coal is king!"
Good for those that bought this when it was $1. Sell at $8 and put that capital elsewhere. Doesn't take a genius.
