There are few institutional investors to push up the price, likewise with retail too.
Hell, 30% next September would be a good return. But as I've pointed out, at least since I sold back last October, the returns have been abysmal, and even if you got 30% by next September, that would barely put you break even with overall returns of the market in the same time. .
