Useful thoughts, tx. I'd prefer they didn't sell down Duania, except to gain a strategic lever like a new market or strategic buyer. We don't need the cash now anyway.

The div rule of NSW only is technically in place until all contingent payments have been made, which makes sense. I wouldn't be suprised if the BW sell down is used as trigger to relax that, but we'll have to wait and see.
    I doubt there'll be a special dividend.
    - Management were explicitly against the concept pre acquisition.
    - There's plenty of big cash payments still to make (stamp duty, contingent payments, deferred considerations, income taxes, narabri extension etc).
    - A 20-50% payout ratio already allows plenty of flexibility year on year.
    - While the debt won't be retired, I expect BOD would still prefer to be net cash positive ... and build up a capital chest for medium term mine builds (Vickery, Winchester etc)
    - ... and even if there was spare cash left over, I expect a buy back before a special div.
