One would assume that the reason why they said that the Thermal would be used to continue dividends is because of clauses around the uses of Qld $'s I would assume that there is a clause that says that if they have Cash from Qld they have to retain the max of any Vendor payments I'm thinking they will need another 6months to show some good momentum
