Thanks for posting the key charts.
I had read the report when first posted, but looking again these charts I see consumption flat to rising slightly and production falling slightly. Overall no big deal, but that assumes all coals are equal. I know the report goes into a lot of detailed analysis but it wouldn't take much for any sub-class of coal to get out whack temporarily, notwithstanding some cross substitution being possible.
