There's FA rain at Blackwater Airport. As for weather at Stewarton and Curragh you can only find that out with a rain guage at those mine sites. There are no weaather observation sites at these locations. Only at Blackwater airport. These mine sites are around 20-25kms away south and north of the Blackwater township. Blackwater Airport is 10km west of Blackwater. So, we don't know whether the radar is correct (I believe It's not). On any radar the further you choose away from a town the worse it looks (512km radius). Try looking at a 128km or better still 64km radius view. If it's white it's drizzle if that. It can be raining cats and dogs where hags lives in Moranbah based on the pic he posted on twitter (Even Matt Warder thanked him for the pic) and no rain 20 kms away. This can happen most of a day. Just my 2 bits as usual.
