Entered this morn at $4.73. Coal mines around the world are starting to run at a loss and some will start closing. Our coal far higher quality than most. SP can still fall further but felt time to re-initiate a holding was at current level. High royalties are def a home grown shot in the foot. Not sure if state govts will bow to pressure.
