lol pump and dumps are random events where share prices go to insane multiples (talking PE ratios in the 100s) for no reason whatsoever other than irrational exuberance. This is certainly not the case for WHC which has seen massive improvements in its fundamentals with an arguably small appreciation in share price (relative to what any ex-coal company would experience if it had the same sort of improvement in fundamentals).
